  • Review of initial prenatal vital signs after your first prenatal visit
  • Review of medical history, family History, social History, previous pregnancy history and how they might affect your present pregnancy
  • Recommendations for special consultations based on your history
  • Review of your prenatal records, discussion of lab and ultrasound results
  • Provide labor and delivery strategies, discuss the red flags of the labor journey including length of inductions, abnormal vital signs,
  • provide “what if scenarios” and how to go up the food chain of a hospital system if you are not happy with your labor progress.
  • Provide strategies for seeking emergency care if you are having a midwife homebirth

To have a successful session, the client must:

  • Upload documents including, signed HIPPA consent form, disclaimer and waiver of liability form and upload your medical and prenatal records prior to your appointment. If your records are not received by the designated date to be reviewed by Dr. L. Burke, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, no exceptions
