Dr. Linda Burke is a federal and state contractor and has reviewed medical malpractice cases for HRSA, private law firms and the State of Florida for more than two decades and includes high-profile maternal death cases.

Listed below are the services she performs. Please note, she does NOT do court testimonies or depositions.

Medical case reviews @$300.00 per hour (USD) with a 4-hour minimum and includes the following:

• Review of hospital records, clinical records, fetal monitoring strips
• Performance of root cause analysis to determine system errors and breaches of clinical standards of care Written report outlining errors and recommendations for improvement along with clinical and academic references

Please note protocol to ensure a successful experience:

• All documents must be uploaded prior to the review
• All documents must be legible
• A 4-hour retainer must be paid prior to start of review
• The final report will not be released until payment is received, no exceptions

Cancellation policy: All fees and expenses are non-cancelable and non-refundable, if your deliverable is received and/or you have signed the Letter of Agreement. However, if you provide 72-hour cancellation notice prior to the start of the review, your monies will be refunded within 14 days upon receipt of you cancellation.
